Resumo: The present titled work The cultural tourism and their economic, ethical, juridical and philosophical foundations so that it is a good tourist business on bases sustainable taking as starting point the conference dictated by the Dr. Armando Hart Dávalos in the First International Conference of the Alternative Martiana (ALMA) titled The culture: main motor of the economy taken place in Monterrey, New León, Mexico in the 2010 and it points out the address in which we should develop the cultural tourism as contribution to the development of the communities and the necessity of guaranteeing that it is executed respecting the necessary measures so that it is a sustainable tourism.
