Resumo: The objective of this work is to analyze the impact that the Workplace Training module of the Hostelry Tourism professional family has on the employability of future professionals in the tourism sector, as well as its impact on their subsequent work experience and its development in business reality. For this, various articles, legislation, a variety of reports and studies from different entities, both public and private, have been worked on, as well as surveys carried out in educational centers in the country that offer vocational training courses corresponding to the professional family of Hostelry and Hostelry Tourism. After a detailed analysis, it can be concluded that the workplace training program has a big impact in students’ job perspective and give them enough professional competency to face their future jobs.
