Resumo: The present research work entitled 'Native products of the province of Huanuco as an alternative for the development of Novo andina 2018 food' was carried out on a sample of 200 people applying and during the entire investigation to pursue the identification of potential native products of the province of Huanuco and description, with the new gastronomic trends of the market to promote the promotion thereof; the method used was the descriptive explanatory; for the phase of results and discussion descriptive statistics allowing to access reliable results, using a significance level of 5%, for the hypotheses raised in the study was used.
