Resumo: The problem of mobility in the context of tourism require an analysis of different offerings found in destinations worldwide. Not only proposals involving the compatibility of transportation, the cities’ environment, but also to respond to the enhancement of the activity. This manuscript proposes a paradigm examination of the relationship between government and private cooperation in transportation as part of the phenomenon of tourism present in border sharing destinations. Currently, one of the major needs a visitor has, once settled in a destination, is how to transport themselves from their place of origin to the chosen destination and within it. Nowadays, there are several means to arrive at the Andorra region, which are in the border region of Cataluña, Midi-Pyrenee and Languedoc-Roussillon, by car, plane, train and bus. Nonetheless, Andorra, in the look of being competitive as a destination, tailored the use of media according to visitor’s economic status, tastes and preferences. In this sense, the relations of cooperation and ties between public and private actors involved in tourism and transportation are being determined.
