Resumo: Massive change in every area of life will result in the customization of daily life and leisure. The forces shaping such customization include a revolution in world population and living arrangements, a revolution in work, emerging post capitalist economies of knowledge and experience, a revolution of networked economies and globalization, multipolar and multicivilizational politics and power, revolutionary changes in environment, a revolution in urban areas, and a revolution in the mass customization of products and services. In combination, it is argued, these multiple revolutions will have the cumulative effect of customizing leisure behavior in terms of meaning, logistics, temporal aspects, benefits sought and location.
