Resumo: ADAPTATIONS OF THE TRADITIONAL SYSTEM OF EDUCATION TO THE ON-LINE LEARNING DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC: the experience of a college education course in tourism in a state universityRESUMO: A pandemia COVID-19 gerou a necessidade de isolamento social, que trouxe mudanças a vários setores, dentre esses, o processo de migração do modal presencial ao ensino remoto. Metodologicamente, esta pesquisa configura-se como relato de experiência, e procurou estabelecer ações apresentando o aporte das atividades on-line e a adaptação ao modelo remoto desde a concepção, desenvolvimento das etapas realizadas pela instituição, analisar o cenário técnico e as condições para a execução das atividades. Destaca-se o professor nesse contexto de mudanças e o aporte institucional para levantamento do cenário, assim como dos acadêmicos, visando a equidade nas condições de ensino em instituição pública. Realizou-se a avaliação do ano letivo 2020 permitindo maior maturidade para as atividades do ano letivo 2021 que seguem ainda em sistema remoto.Palavras-chave: Educação e turismo; adaptações do sistema de ensino; ensino remoto; Universidade Estadual de Ponta Grossa; pandemia COVID-19. ABSTRACT: The current scenery of the pandemic of COVID-19 generated the need for social isolation, bringing changes to many sectors, including the migration process from the traditional system of education to remote learning. Methodologically, this research is configured as an experience report, and defining conceptual issues and identifying tools for adjusting online activities and adapting to the remote model from conception, development of the steps implemented by the institution, analysis of the technical scenario and how conditions for carrying out the activities. The professor, in this context of changes and the institutional contribution to survey the scenario, stand out, as well as the equity in the conditions of teaching in a public institution from qualified academics. The 2020 academic year was evaluated, allowing for greater maturity for the activities of the 2021 academic year, which are still in the remote system.
