Resumo: The Magic Town of Todos Santos has great cultural, historical and natural attractions that have boosted tourism development. To know the level of visitor satisfaction, the quantitative methodology designed by the Center for Tourism Studies and adapted according to the environment was applied, different attributes and / or tourist attractions were evaluated with the help of opinion surveys on the site. Nominal, ordinal and interval variables were used. The results show the overall satisfaction index is medium high, classified as satisfied visitors.
