Resumo: Guadalupe Valley is the most characteristic region of Baja California in terms of wine production, for this reason, sustainability is considered a way to allow both the permanence of companies, as an added value, for the consumers. In this work, a measurement of sustainability was carried out with respect to the economic, social, environmental and organizational variables to measure the current state of the wine companies in the region, this through the application of a survey to winemakers and managers of companies, finding that most of the organizations are at a medium and high level according to our own scale. In addition, it was sought to relate the levels of sustainability with the annual production volume through the Spearman correlation, finding an association level of 0.443, so it is considered that the relationship between both variables is weak.
