Resumo: Social responsibility is an important part of the performance of organizations, and in the growth of the hotel industry, it has been gaining increasing importance because tourists are interested in knowing if the hotels in which they are going to stay carry out actions responsible as the preservation of the environment and commitment to society. Ilunion Hotels is a Spanish hotel chain that started 33 years ago, in which more than 40% of employees have a disability. The objective of the research is to analyze the inclusion and accessibility of this organization, characteristics that make it unique as a business model for both tourists and employees. A case study was carried out through a descriptive documentary methodology. The results show that this organization practices accessible tourism through good practices.
