Resumo: To understand through a case study, how citizenship positions the bicycle in public space, legitimizing its use as a means of transportation and as a collective expression that promotes a culture of possible shared spaces for different sectors of society. The bet for sharing space between cars and bicycles provides improvements to the urban scenario, transcending connectivity and social communion. The social bicycle collectives in the city of Bogota´, D.C. configure the territory into an attractive scenario to know from the social, political and economic dynamics that are co- created in the bicycle encounter and the way of traveling through the city. The relationships between mobility and transport are conditioned, among other aspects, by the management of: distance, speed, infrastructure, traffic, pollution, the urban and its functions. Mobility and transportation are the result of social forms and relations, of how space is occupied, of the movement patterns and energy consumption related to each time and place. In this context, this article refers precisely to the challenges of its idealization associated with mobility, reconfiguring the spatial and spatial, the opportunity to build and / or co-create territories, connections, the political and public space, the management of urban mobility networks, the need for ethical transformations that highlight the existing conflict between mobility - transport - speed, and with the main actors, and most vulnerable: the human being and his relationship with society.
