Resumo: RESUMO: O artigo tem por finalidade analisar as ações didáticas e interpretativas referentes ao ensino e aprendizagem do patrimônio cultural no ensino superior em Turismo. Para realização desta pesquisa, foram necessários dados primários obtidos mediante um estudo documental, cuja abordagem qualitativa envolveu a análise e interpretação de conteúdo indicado nos dois Projetos Pedagógicos de Curso (PPC) e nos dois Planos das disciplinas denominadas, ‘Patrimônio e Turismo Cultural’ e ‘História e Patrimônio’, com referência à duas instituições de ensino superior no país. Durante a análise documental, notou-se que ambos os cursos de graduação em Turismo permitem o desenvolvimento de novas ações didáticas e interpretativas, envolvendo o patrimônio cultural, por meio de um processo de reconstrução do conhecimento interdisciplinar. Além disso, foi possível identificar que essas ações didáticas e interpretativas de ensino e aprendizagem possibilitam a interação entre as pessoas e o meio no qual elas residem ou visitam. Nas considerações finais, apresentou-se uma visão geral da pesquisa, por meio de reflexões que sugerem a continuidade das ações didáticas por parte dos docentes. Percebe-se que as contribuições formativas (pessoal e profissional) são inúmeras, uma vez que enriquece o ensino e aprendizagem no turismo, a partir da inclusão de referências culturais existentes nas cidades. Por fim, acredita-se que a realização de trabalhos futuros com relação a temática seja essencial no campo teórico ou com pesquisa aplicada, a fim de propor possíveis adequações relacionadas a melhoria do ensino superior em turismo no país. ABSTRACT: The article aims to analyze the didactic and interpretive actions referring to the teaching and learning of cultural heritage in higher education in Tourism. In order to carry out this research, primary data obtained through a documentary study were needed, whose qualitative approach involved the analysis and interpretation of content indicated in the two Political Pedagogical Projects of the Courses (PPPCs) and in the two Plans of the disciplines called, 'Heritage and Cultural Tourism' and 'History and Heritage', with reference to two higher education institutions in the country. During the document analysis, it was noted that both undergraduate courses in Tourism allow the development of new didactic and interpretive actions, involving cultural heritage, through a process of reconstruction of interdisciplinary knowledge. In addition, it was possible to identify that these didactic and interpretive teaching and learning actions enable interaction between people and the environment in which they reside or visit. In the final considerations, an overview of the research was presented, through reflections that suggest the continuity of didactic actions by the teachers. It can be seen that the training contributions (personal and professional) are numerous, since it enriches teaching and learning in tourism, from the inclusion of cultural references existing in cities. Finally, it is believed that future work on the subject is essential in the theoretical field or with applied research, in order to propose possible adjustments related to the improvement of higher education in tourism in the country.
