Resumo: This article has the objective to understand the National Park El Cocuy like a social construction territory, caused for the tourist development in one protected area, that is administrated for the National Parks System. The actors has different interest, related with the environmental management, the cultural processes and the tourist like a practice for the biodiversity conservation.
