Resumo: The internet, today, derived from the difficult times that we are going through originated from the covid-19 pandemic, it is necessary to carry out most of the daily activities such as work, academic, school, contracting services and purchasing of goods. Currently, the use of the internet is usually quite convenient since it avoids having to travel to traditional stores, also obliged to guarantee personal and family health safety, that is, to prevent mainly infections and because establishments are closed because of the pandemic as already mentioned above. Therefore, new technologies and the internet are gaining momentum, which have transformed people's lives in most of their daily activities. Online shopping is no exception, web users are easy targets of targeted advertising which makes them become potential consumers.
