Resumo: The tourism dimension of the territorial heritage has contributed to the promotion of orange tourism that promotes cultural, economic and social development with the preservation of heritage components. In the province of Buenos Aires (Argentina) heritage assets are diverse and have given rise to innovative and creative projects. The examples addressed in this research are located in Pehuen Có and in the estuary of Bahía Blanca. The aim is to analyse whether the above proposals can be considered under the concept of orange tourism. Methodologically, it is based on a bibliographic investigation on territorial heritage, orange tourism and processes of tourist activation and patrimonialization of resources. Then the territories studied are characterized and both projects are analyzed considering the fulfillment of three proposed criteria, determining that, in the initiatives promoted, the majority of them are met.
