Resumo: With great enthusiasm we present number 20 of the Tourism and Heritage magazine. This edition is composed of eight scientific articles and brings together authors with affiliations corresponding to institutions of Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Spain, Mexico, Venezuela and Peru, who address the following topics:gastronomy, tourism, culture, heritage, education (oriented towards tourism) and management.
