Resumo: Grupo Xcaret, a corporation made up of eight parks, three hotels, and various tourist services, constitutes an organization with values such as equality, ethics and commitment to sustainability . Its management in the services includes fun and learning since in some of the parks cultural representations of Mexico are carried out and tourists learn more about the country, in addition to providing them with unique experiences in the hotels since there is direct contact with nature such as the natural reserve of a river or cenote, which consists of a natural pond of water supplied by a river. A case study was carried out through a documentary analysis of the organization with the purpose of examining and describing the management of tourist services to analyze sustainability. Through the investigation, it was found that it is a socially responsible group committed to sustainability and its services and procedures reflect these, which is why it is one of the best companies to work for
