Resumo: Artificial Intelligence has entered the entire world in a drastic way, occupying increasingly greater spaces in the different areas of social, academic, cultural and economic life. Sectors such as world tourism are making use of tools that allow us to discover and promote unimaginable places that exist, but that were not known or famous. Artificial Intelligence (AI or AI), known by its acronym in English; It results in a range of mixed experiences and emotions that human beings are having. Mexico is considered a country that is highly communicated through virtual platforms such as WhatsApp and social networks that have intensified the use of virtual assistants in Mexican tourism companies that are working through the use of (AI), which allows them to save many weights in operational areas. Efficient services such as booking a hotel, timely information about tourist places to visit, new places that are just beginning to be inserted into the knowledge, taste and preferences of tourists, have diversified the range of opportunities to discover exotic and cultural corners around the world. in the tourism sector. The result of the investigation is the anxiety of the working class in this sector, who are in danger of being displaced by a laptop or computer machine. The methodology used to develop the research was through the description, explanation and investigation of the phenomena that are at the forefront of technological advance in the tourism.
