Resumo: Corporate social responsibility (CSR) and organizational commitment (OC) are two important pillars in the hotel sector that allow harmonization of the relationship between employee and employer, considering that the ethical, social, and environmental practices of the company can be decisive in increasing the permanence of the employee´s to the organization. The objective of this research is to provide a solid knowledge base through a systematic and bibliometric literature review on CSR and OC, which identifies opportunities for theoretical and empirical advancement in the hotel context. For this purpose, a rigorous and predefined methodological process was followed, based on the PRISMA methodology, using four stages for review: identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion. The criteria for selecting the articles were relevance to the object of study and the period of publication (2017-2022). We analyzed 123 papers out of 490 articles from the Scopus database, the results of which identify an advance in research by Asian authors; the main contributing themes in both variables are also recognized, highlighting occupational well-being as the most treated and relevant category of the studies. It is concluded that the study of the variables is still scarce in the hotel context, so further analysis is required. Regarding CSR, it is identified that the communication of practices to internal stakeholders is insufficient, and the approach of studies on OC is oriented towards its affective dimension.
