Resumo: The global economy was affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, but some sectors were more impacted, such as tourism, leading to the cancellation of trips and the closure of establishments. These events raise reflections on resilience in the face of uncertainties that affect the sector. Thus, the objective was to understand the resilience strategies found by the Association the Agroturismo Acolhida of Colônia. The methodology was based on applied research with a qualitative approach of an exploratory, bibliographical and documental nature based on primary and secondary data. It was found that the principle of cooperation and networking, favored by the affective ties of associates with their customers, driven by pre-established trust relationships, led to the emergence of consumer groups. Resilience manifested itself in internal articulation and mobilization actions, aimed at selling products and maintaining alternative sources of income for farming families.
