In the current sociocultural situation in places of traditional residence of indigenous peoples, the need to study the historical background of the organization of education in nomadic schools of indigenous peoples of the North of the Russian Federation has arisen. Objective: to study the historical background of the organization of education in nomadic schools of indigenous peoples of the North. Research objectives: to analyze the history of creation and organization of education in nomadic schools of indigenous peoples of the North.
