Resumo: The key ideas of the managerial aspect in life competencies as the basis for a whole pedagogical process on the example of artistic and aesthetic education are outlined in the article. Features of the management model implementation in the educational organization are considered, features and aspects of the aesthetic development of children of younger ages are indicated. The importance of the personcentered, axiological, systemic and activity approaches when formulating the modern concept of artistic and aesthetic education of children of preschool age is detected.
