Resumo: The article analyzes the problems of the international legal fight against terrorism in modern times. From this point of view, Armenia's policy of ethnic cleansing against Azerbaijanis in Nagorno-Karabakh and surrounding areas, terrorist atrocities against historical monuments and religious complexes in Azerbaijan, as well as environmental terrorism have been widely studied. The legal assessment of the terrorist killings of civilians by the Armenian armed forces in September-October, 2020 by firing ballistic missiles at the Azerbaijani cities of Ganja, Barda and Tartar was given.
