Resumo: The main task of this research is to createa model of coordination growth drivers ina firm’s operation. When looking for thesource of growth in a firm the focus falls onthe possibilities for sustainable developmentof tourism business. The theoretical modelreflects the organization and operation ofcorporate business as regards determiningfactors from business environmentand proves that the development oftourism business today is influenced bythe sustainability concept. The empiricalresearch of corporate growth in Bulgariantourism business is based on a survey anduses a mix of qualitative and quantitativemethodologies to study the sustainability ofcorporate growth in tourism in Bulgaria.
