Resumo: The article is the results of research in the region of Foz do Iguaçu, Brazil, Ciudad del Este, Hernandárias, Puerto Presidente Franco and Minga Guazu in Paraguay and Puerto Iguazu, Argentina. To analyse the interference of regional flows, issues relating to tourism; several studies on cross-border relations are listed in the bibliography due to the European academic development of these countries and approaches experienced by people allied to determine the process flow of people, the increased time free and therefore the promotion of tourism. The objective was to examine the territorialities border due to the elements that make up the tourism and reflect the development of alternative routes or circuits for the greater presence of the visitor. The Iguaçu National Parks - PNI on the border of Brazil and Argentina and the Itaipu Binational Hydroelectric Plant - UHIB on the border between Brazil and Paraguay are the main attractions are contributing to regional development. The territorial relations methodologically will be presented in a systematic way that most are interrelated, interpenetrating in national territorial spaces, and tourism flows with their services and contribute to build the networks that are structured in the establishment of territoriality border.
