Resumo: This article presents the final results of an exploratory descriptive research carry out in master’s level degree. Thus, it presents the composition of archeological attractive pre-historical and historical, the formatting of the Archaeological Tourism or Archaeotourism and its relevance while tourist activity. Afterwards, the data are presented by means the diagnosis and the development’s stadium of the Archeological Tourism or Archaeotourism in São Paulo State. Finally, it proposes to impel the growth and development approaches view of activities in local, regional and national scope.
