Resumo: This paper aims to discuss about lusophony, using theoretical research, in the context of reflections on memory and identity of the Portuguese-speaking communities using some ideas that connect and relate themes as colonialism,post-colonialism, lusophony and tourism. Understanding the relevance of the material and immaterial heritage to history, memory and identity in different contexts – in this work we include the religion perspective – cultural tourismis presented as a potential driver and propagator of this lusophone heritage and as an opportunity to make it a touristic attractive.
