Resumo: The present study purpose was to understand what are the relationships between the stakeholders of a national park. The research approach was qualitative and the methodology for the study of multiple cases, which contributed to empirical investigation. For this research, three national parks were selected because they gather characteristics that made possible a comparative analysis of the study according to the method suggested by Yin (2010). The chosen parks are Parque Nacional do Catimbau, in Pernambuco, Parque Nacional da Serra da Capivara, in Piauí and Parque Nacional do Itatiaia, in Rio de Janeiro. The general objective was to diagnose the relationships of stakeholders in a National Park, considering the concepts of the hospitality and travel services. The specific aim was to identify which are the stakeholders of a National Park; identify the synergy between them in relation to travel services and hospitality of the place; identify the extroversion of the local culture in National Parks as a factor of the identity uniqueness of the destination. The research was held through interviews with managers of national parks, based on a semi-structured interview. Through this research it was identified that there is no relationship with some of the main stakeholders of the parks.
