Resumo: The results obtained in previous frameworks corroborate the failure of financing programs that have opted for partial view of the territory at the expense of reading transverse to block integration at the level of dimensionality (regional policies) and multisectoral (sectoral policies), this panorama aggravated when there is this line in rural areas. Based on the new challenges facing the countryside, many authors argue that tourism can make a strong contribution to their re-functionalization, however, and aspiring to his good performance guarantee for a balanced development, sector programming can present as inadequate. It is intended by the Assessment Model Comparison of Intensity Integration suggest a  paradigm for action in rural areas of low density tourism-oriented approach focusing on integrated and regionalized.
