Resumo:      Nowadays, it is generally accepted that some communication, team group, and solving problem skills are at least as important as any other technical-related knowledge ones. Recently, the adaptation process to the new European Higher Education System is mainly focus on these non-technical skills. Giving the fact that the use of business games is recommended to improve above mentioned skills it is going to be evaluated the impact of their use into students’ attitudes and aptitudes.      In this paper, we present the results of using a specific hotel business game understood as the impact on students motivation and learning. This experience has been carried at the subject Management Control of three-year degree of Tourism at the University of Seville.
