Resumo: The environmental concern and the quality demand on this matter have become a global value for any tourist destination, regardless of the socio-economic profile of its demand. In this sense, this paper aims at emphasising their role as far as qualification, diversification and competence improvement are concerned in the traditional sun and beach destinations.
