Resumo: This study is to offer develop integrated methodology in the tourist rural areas in their phase of design of strategies. We have applied this methodology to a tourist resort that is in decline and whose basic offer is «health tourism». By so doing, our intention is to put forward integrated proposals that rejuvenate the abovementioned product and which, in turn, can generate synergies with other sectors.
