Resumo: Among the tourist products developed as an alternatives to Rural Tourism it is worth highlighting Eco-Tourism, given the present-day relevance that environmental issues are acquiring. Its location is defined for its extreme fragility which lead to a series of conservationist policies and fusther means in order to achiere its long-term existance.
The present paper is an approach to the concept of Eco-Tourism and aims on the one hand to know the policies and means leading to the protection of the environment, and on the other hand, to build the types of such policies.
