Resumo: The impact of tourism on the local economy in Almeria has been very deep in the last few years. A review of tourism topic in Almeria will be done, from demand and offer tourist point of view in busy period. In this way we will show some data survey, collected by a local tourist research center , data taken from visitors´ impressions who were questioned obout the time they had in Almeria. On the other hand, hotel local industry will be also analysed in order to know if tourist sector is in a good position to host the next 15th Mediterranean Games, event will take place in 2.005.
