Resumo: Paper focuses on the marinas analysis as a tourist resorts in many areas. Costumers are also described. Spanish legal situation in the eighties have conducted to some regional authorities to establish marinas new condition, planning and construction. Nevertheless, at present comprehensive studies are needed in order to develop new planning regarding tourist components. Planning must be leaded by tourist authorities to relate different interests and management involved in marinas.
