Resumo: Our aim is to clarify the concept of Firm Background, highlignting its main features, as well as the firm as an open system, information controller and processor, which needs to be aware of the situation and the environment in order to benefit from the advantages offered and soften the negative consequences, all this by foreseeing the rignt choices.
