Resumo: The andalusian hotel industry, besides its good position in the national ranking as for production and number of establishments, happens to show a low level of income per room and year. Our goal in this study is to go into a deeper analysis of this sector so as to verify whether such signals are consistent with the results obtained from the analysis of its profitability.
