Resumo: The setting-up of the travel agencies shows some legal problems that will try to be cleared up in this survey always taking into account the government order concerning the travel agencies which dates back to 14 th April 1998, rule coming from the state that is still valid in some autonomours communities, either directly or becarse those communities have issued rules which are absolutely the same as the one above mentioned, as in the case of the Autonomous Community of Murcia. Therefore, the aim of this article is to study the different legal requisites demanded so that the tourist administration will grant the licence that allows the firm to realize the proper activities of travel agencies.
