Resumo: The integration of new information and communication technologies at university introduces new opportunities and challenges of innovation that should lead to a transformation and improvement of teaching quality and provide opportunities to students for their future working lives. In this way the participatory methodology of business game springs from this reality.
This article aims to release the experience of the School of Tourism which has created a tourist company sham, «Vila Daurada Resort», an innovating and novel learning tool for universities, which allows students to develop their skills and abilities in order to guarantee their access to the world of work.
