Resumo: The tour guide plays a major role, being one of the first people you contact the tourist destination, treats, informs and guides during your stay. The quality of the provision of services often determines the image and the degree of satisfaction of visitors with destiny, as the guide is responsible for attendance, conduct and information. Hence, the need for skilled professionals, well-trained and knowledgeable, accurate and current.
