Resumo: The competitiveness of tourism destination is a key element for their comparison of one another by their own traits represent them through a tourist offer add value to their visitors. The competitiveness models of tourism destination show theoretical elements for the design of indicators that evaluate their competitiveness according to the management and dynamics of the industry. The aim of the paper is to perform a theoretical analysis of models recognized by researchers, to identify factors and indicators that influence the competitiveness of magical towns, through qualitative exploratory methodology. As conclusion of the analysis carried out, the competitiveness model for magical towns is the Ritchie & Crouch model.
