Resumo: The study of tourism are used for several decades enormous material and human resources. It has now become the dedication of a galaxy of scholars uneven level of preparedness. The same is true of the centers that are responsible for developing these studies and, as expected, publishing companies that serve to disseminate the results thereof. Some believe that this overabundance of centers and publishers shows that have already reached the goal of its total scientization. The issues discussed by scholars are increasingly diversified. It seems that the dedication to tourism aims to create a world that reflects and double the conventional world. No wonder why if there is a parallel philosophy offers a philosophy of tourism and for similar reasons to biology or archeology tourism tourist. And so in all other respects in which the world is diversified. Among them a few years ago has emerged the eventual need for a methodology of tourism or tourism epistemology.
