Resumo: This article analyze the experience and knowledge of the interdisciplinary team formed by the faculty of architecture, economics and tourist administration of the Universidad Piloto de Colombia, in the municipality of Viotá. The objective identifies interest cultural goods, also financial instruments and economic incentives, such as taxes and funding that make possible preservation. Due to that the heritage cultural funding depends of limited resources and many interests, the purpose includes cultural tourism as an income alternative for recovering and preserving the cultural heritage. The methodology is qualitative and quantitative and used surveys for farm owners that have or known an element of cultural interest. The survey organized into six modules, considered basic data, about cultural heritage, funding, value, remarks and the results. According to obtained results, the community knows its cultural heritage, for example, coffee farms, highways and petroglyphs; for the cultural ministry and the tourism, industry and commerce ministry, also the unesco, is important that the local community, visitors and tourists recognize it.The cultural goods generate experiences on tourist and visitors and it has an existence value and a legacy. Those elements are part of the cultural tourism. However, according to the experience on fieldwork, the cultural heritage is damage because the owners do not have resources for preserve it, also the highways are bad stage and without signals, and the travel cost is high.
