Resumo: Some will answer the first question, without hesitation, in the affirmative. And it assumes the international community of experts who have themselves as scientists. Very few scholars dare to defend otherwise, not least because it would expose not be part of that community. The question may be untimely, but the author is convinced that make it again has the power to question the dogmatic formulations that populate the conventional doctrine. For no other it is the road leads to science. The need is urgent debate because thanks to him can be scientific knowledge.
