Resumo: Tourism is one of the main drivers of the global economy, that has been immersed in a constant change given the new demands of tourists, operators, transporters, guides and investors among others, and as a result of this, the activity of innovation is present in all areas.The management of tourism activity in the Colombian Caribbean is deepened in what the experts have proposed, such as territorial diversification of tourism flows, strategic planning, public-private cooperation, professionalism Networks of cooperation, up to the integration of strategies and programs of the Vice-Minister of Tourism.Tourism companies in general are generating a dynamic that aims to foment their capacity for innovation; it is observed that the organizations that incorporate innovation into their processes and adopt an open attitude to change compete better in the market and have a good position in it.
