Resumo: The objective of this article is to disseminate the knowledge that has been generated around the topic of human talent competencies related to environmental care in the hotel context, as well as to theoretically and conceptually base the meaning of environmental care from training of competitions in the hotel company. The methodology used for the development of the article was the content analysis of which three categories are obtained: Importance of talent management in the service company, human talent training and environmental care in the hotel industry through human talent. As a first finding, it can be concluded that it is through the correct management, training and development of skills, that the human talent of the hotel industry is analyzed as the element capable of adding value to the organization and providing various benefits that can reach to impact both economically and environmentally in the company
