Resumo: The implementation of Corporate Social Liability policies has been developing and increasing during the last years by the companies. Following this way, although social activity measures carried out by private institutions are important for any sector, they are especially important for the tourist sector. The tourist development in a certain place mainly depends on the environmental sustainability and social development of this place. The objective of this research is the approaching to the business responsibility of the tourist entities, focusing on this approaching to Ferrol-Ortegal, and the proposal of alternatives to promote the tourism in the whole place, having into account that Ferrol-Ortegal has the potentialities for tourism.
