Resumo: Migrations in the world, within which can be considered the travel and tourism, have new conditions and different mobility patterns. Displacements generate characteristics, relationships and behaviors that take place among participants, which can and should be differentiated for better understanding of these interactions and factors that come into play. Visitors also have a dynamic that is made up of differentiable factors where national culture and outsiders meet, leading to specific manifestations of these interactions. This paper seeks a conceptual theoretical approach to dynamics that manifests itself in these interactions and seeks a taxonomy derived from complexity established in interactions beyond the categorization of tourists and hosts. Contributions arising from social interaction theories allow recovering levels of complexity in types of interactions which come into play interpretative possibilities from different cultural backgrounds of participants as well as from their positions in structured social relations. This is the axis element of both interactions and interpretations between residents and travelers (migrants), whether these transients --- tourists --- or migrantourists --- people who combine both conditions because their migratory quality turns out to be simultaneously transitory and their behavior is close to that of the migrant
