Resumo: Ecotourism is formed as a tourist activity which takes into account the environment where this activity is developed, obtaining benefits for the local population where it is inserted and carried out from a sustainable perspective. The objective of this work is to perform an analysis of the loyalty and satisfaction ratings of ecotourists visiting the Natural Monument of Saltos de la Damajagua, using a quantitative methodology based on conducting surveys of these ecotourists, where satisfaction , and therefore, the loyalty, is demonstrated, revisiting the destination, or, recommending it to relatives and / or friends.
